2015 Update
The Board continues to pursue homeowners who are two or more years delinquent and we are successfully collecting. Homeowners who are one year behind, are receiving notices reminding them to pay their dues. As a friendly reminder, if you are late; you will be assessed a late fee which you are required to pay to avoid additional fines. We do not enjoy this process, but the funds are needed for the upkeep, maintenance, and continued improvement of Olde Salem Township.
2012
The Olde Salem Township Board of Directors has a adopted a very firm collection process and would like to inform all of our homeowners of the changes.
Collections will begin in June. The Board has identified homeowners who would like to make their accounts current but may be having financial difficulties. The Board is making payment arrangements with these homeowners.
This year, 2012, will be the last year that we will waive past due amounts. Going forward, all past due amounts will be turned over to the attorney after two (2) attempts to reach the homeowner. Once you have been notified twice, the HOA will take legal action against the homeowner. If you are delinquent and would like to discuss your options, contact the board via email at ostboard@gmail.com.
Thank you,
Kommentare
