Meet The Board

As a majority-rule process helps to create checks and balances, the Board strives to move forward in the best interest of the OST homeowners collectively. In a community of 365 homes, this is hardly a simple task and is seldom done to the satisfaction of all; but we work hard as a team to see that you have a quality place to live.

Currently, the OST Board is comprised of three dedicated homeowners who care about the quality of life in Olde Salem Township. Each member brings his/her own gift to the Board and to the community though each of us are very different from the other. In spite of our differences, there is at least one sentiment that we all share:

THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME!

President- Anthony Carter

Anthony Carter has been a resident of OST since 2004. He is a Building official for the City of Atlanta with over 15 years of experience in architecture.  During his time in OST he has served on numerous committees and on the Board in various capacities. He plays a critical part in our decision making and plays a vital role in keeping OST up and running.  Anthony also uses his architectural knowledge to approve modification requests and/or make recommendations to homeowners.    Though his contribution is not limited to the above, he also never fails to assist the community with his handyman skills -handling repairs needed throughout the community.  You won't find him shaking hands and hugging babies, but you might spot him working in his yard, riding his bike,  replacing fence pickets along our perimeter or at our annual HOA meetings.  If you happen to catch him, be sure to introduce yourself.
