Olde Salem Township is a HOA covenant - community of 365 homes. Approximate sizes range from 1,600 sq. ft. up to 3,000 sq. ft. Here you will find a variety of ranch and two-story floor plans, as well as many different exterior elevations, all of which add to the character and charm of the neighborhood. From downtown Atlanta
1. Travel I-20 East toward Augusta. Take the GA-162/Salem Road exit, EXIT 84.
2. Turn right onto Salem Rd SE/GA-162.
3. Go to the 2nd traffic light. Turn right onto Salem Rd SE/GA-162.
4. Travel 0.6 miles. Take the 1st left onto Avalon Pkwy SE.
5. You are entering the Olde Salem Township Community.
